Who you are buying from

Briora is a brand operated by Cakeloo, Patna, Bihar, India. Your payment is processed by Cakeloo, so that is the name you will see on your card or bank statement rather than Briora. Same kitchen, same team, same people to call if something is wrong.

Orders

An order is confirmed when payment clears, not when it is placed. You will get an email at that point. If payment does not clear we do not start baking, and nothing is charged.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. The total shown at checkout is calculated on our server and is the amount charged.

Delivery

We deliver within the Patna pincodes listed at checkout, in the slot you choose. Everything is baked to order, so the earliest available slot is not always the same day. If nobody is available to receive a perishable order we cannot leave it unattended.

Changes and cancellation

You can cancel from your order page while the order has not yet entered the kitchen. After that, call us — we will do what we can, but ingredients bought and work already done may not be refundable.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, wheat, nuts and soy. We cannot guarantee any item is free of traces of these. If you have a serious allergy, tell us before ordering rather than in the delivery notes.
