What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email, so we can deliver and reach you
• Delivery addresses you save
• Your order history
• Basic analytics about how the site is used

We do not store card numbers. Payments are handled by Razorpay, who receive the card details directly — they never pass through our systems.

Your account is separate

A Briora account is its own account. If you also shop with the sibling brand operated by the same company, those are separate records with separate order histories and separate store credit. Neither can see the other.

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to run the shop: Razorpay for payment, Brevo for transactional email, and our own hosting and database. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Removing your data

Ask from your account page, or email us. We delete your personal details and keep only what tax law requires us to keep about past orders, with your identifying information removed.

Who you are buying from

Briora is a brand operated by Cakeloo, Patna, Bihar, India. Your payment is processed by Cakeloo, so that is the name you will see on your card or bank statement rather than Briora. Same kitchen, same team, same people to call if something is wrong.
