Chocolate is single origin. Butter is cultured and unsalted. Fruit is bought the same week it is used, which is also why parts of the range move with the season and some things disappear for months at a time.
Made to order, not to stock
Everything is baked to order in Patna. Nothing sits overnight, nothing is finished before it is bought, and nothing leaves the kitchen we would not put on our own table.
That places a hard limit on how much we can make in a day, and we would rather work inside it than around it. It is why a slot occasionally sells out, and why we will tell you that rather than quietly send you something made yesterday.
Ordering and delivery in Patna
Most of the range can be ready the next day. Larger cakes and anything bespoke need longer — the checkout only offers slots we can genuinely make.
